**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
Students need to provide their own SD Cards to use our cameras, sound recorders and other kits. Due to data protection considerations, the resource stores are no longer able to provide them. 
SD Cards are available from our College Shops in Battersea and Kensington, or to order via the College shop website shop.rca.ac.uk

WHO WE ARE

The RCA Resource Stores supply Audio Visual and Photographic equipment for free loan. Students can book directly by logging into Connect2 & staff must book via our emails on this page

COLLECTIONS & RETURNS

Must be in original condition to the store stated in your original booking in person during opening hours

LATE RETURNS & MISSING ITEMS

You will be charged £5 per 24 hours for late returns & the cost of replacing any items that are missing from your bookings - you will not be able to make any further loans until your returns and fines are cleared

LOAN LENGTH

We have a standard 3-day loan period which can be extended subject to availability upon request

WHITE CITY KEY COLLECTION

When the White City Resource Store is open, you can collect directly from us there

OUT-OF-HOURS WEEKDAY KEY COLLECTION

When the resource store is closed, students can show a valid Moodle booking to security staff at the reception desk (Seare and Samuel) and get access to the space

WEEKEND KEY COLLECTION

You MUST pick up keys on Friday (or the latest opening day of the resource store that week (please check with resource store staff) and return them on Monday - NO ACCESS VIA SECURITY ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAYS
